Role Purpose

The Senior Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging, creative, and high-quality content that strengthens brand identity, drives audience engagement, and supports marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content concepts aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Create engaging content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, events, and other marketing channels.
• Produce and oversee short-form videos, reels, photography, copy, and other multimedia content.
• Translate campaign briefs into compelling, platform-relevant content.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery across channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Design, and Production teams on campaigns and activations.
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, platform developments, and audience behaviors.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Maintain brand tone, visual identity, and quality standards across all content.
• Support and guide junior content creators where required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or creative production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and multimedia content capabilities.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant digital platforms.
• Experience with content production, photography, videography, editing, and copywriting is highly preferred.
• Strong creativity, storytelling, communication, and time-management skills.
• Experience in entertainment, lifestyle, hospitality, events, or other consumer-facing industries is an advantage.
