The role reports to the Content Account Director.

We are a content and creative agency that builds audience relationships for brands through culturally resonant ideas — across social, influencer, and integrated channels. We're looking for a Senior Content Executive who brings a sharper strategic lens, stronger creative instincts, and the confidence to independently drive content programmes and manage day-to-day client relationships. This is a role for someone ready to step up, take ownership, and make their mark on accounts that matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of content strategies and editorial calendars across multiple client accounts and social platforms.
  • Write, edit, and quality-assure high-standard content across social media copy, video scripts, long-form articles, influencer briefs, and campaign communications.
  • Manage client communications independently for day-to-day content matters — including status updates, creative approvals, and performance reviews.
  • Develop and maintain influencer and creator rosters across campaigns: from identification, vetting, and outreach through to contracting, briefing, and performance tracking.
  • Analyse content and campaign performance data, synthesising insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, paid media, and production teams to ensure content is integrated and consistent across all campaign touchpoints.
  • Support the Content Account Director in developing strategic proposals, new business presentations, and agency credentials where relevant.
  • Mentor and guide Content Executives, helping to distribute workload effectively and build team capability.
  • Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates, creator economy shifts, and emerging content formats — proactively applying new knowledge to client work

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or integrated digital marketing
  • Proven ability to manage content programmes and client relationships independently, with a track record of delivering work that meets or exceeds brief.
  • Strong copywriting skills and confident command of brand voice across a variety of client categories and content formats.
  • Solid experience in influencer marketing — from creator strategy and briefing through to campaign delivery and post-campaign analysis.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, or equivalent), with the ability to translate data into strategic insight.
  • Highly organised and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across concurrent accounts without compromising quality.
  • Strong interpersonal and client communication skills — you can present with confidence, manage expectations, and build trusted relationships.
  • A proactive, strategic mindset — you're not just executing the plan, you're constantly thinking about how to make it better
  • Contract Terms: This is a 12-month contract role based in Singapore. Candidates must be available for the full duration of the contract.

Work Pass Notice: We regret that we are unable to sponsor or support any Singapore Work Pass or Visa applications for this position. Only candidates who are Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or holders of a valid existing work authorisation are eligible to apply.
