Key Responsibilities:

Mentor junior content creators and support the growth of the content team.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and content marketing best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
1-3+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, and content management systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
Leadership or team management experience is a plus
