In this critical role, you will serve as an architect of change, designing and implementing a comprehensive Continuous Improvement framework that will shape our operations. Accountabilities
- Build the CI Framework: Design and launch a roadmap embedding Lean principles across all functions.
- Architect Operational Excellence: Identify high-impact opportunities with senior leadership to improve cost, quality, and delivery.
- Implement Formal Problem Solving: Develop and standardize a PDCA methodology across the organization.
- Develop Organizational Capability: Create learning curriculum and mentorship pathways for CI talent.
- Lead High-Impact Transformation: Facilitate Kaizen events and cross-functional sprints.
- Drive Cultural Evolution: Act as a change agent to promote accountability and innovation.
- Establish KPIs: Build dashboards to measure the health of the CI system.
Requirements
- The Builder Profile: Proven experience in building or transforming CI functions across multiple sites.
- Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics; leading Lean transformations in multi-site environments.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field; Master's preferred.
- Experience: 710 years of leadership experience in continuous improvement or operational excellence.
- Strategic Problem Solver: Advanced skills in formal problem-solving tools within a PDCA framework.
- Change Management: Exceptional ability to lead through change with a hands-on approach.
