Hiring: Senior Manager Contracts & Compliance
Dubai, UAE | Commercial Division Sales Operations
We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager Contracts & Compliance to join a leading real estate entity in Dubai. This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing Build-To-Suit (BTS) and land sales contract activities, ensuring seamless execution in alignment with corporate governance, compliance standards, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end contracts management function for BTS and land sales.
- Standardize and oversee Sales Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and contract templates.
- Ensure full compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) regulations.
- Drive KYC/AML compliance and due diligence processes.
- Oversee booking documentation verification and contract workflow management.
- Collaborate closely with Legal and internal stakeholders to maintain compliant and updated contractual documentation.
- Provide strategic reporting and insights to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the Contracts Management team to ensure efficiency and turnaround time (TAT) targets are achieved.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies aligned with governance frameworks.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Master's preferred).
- 810 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role within real estate contracts & compliance.
- Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, property laws, SPA frameworks, and governance policies.
- Experience managing KYC/AML processes.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
