Senior Contracting Coordinator (UAE Market)

The Senior Contracting Coordinator (UAE Market) is a full-time, on-site role based in Nasr City- Cairo, responsible for managing and optimizing supplier contracts within the UAE hospitality and travel sector. The role includes identifying and negotiating with hotels. maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring competitive rates and favorable terms. The coordinator will collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to support market growth. Day-to-day tasks involve market research, analysis of competitor offerings, coordination of promotions and special deals, and resolution of contractual or operational issues with partners. The position requires proactive communication, meticulous documentation, and adherence to company policies and regional regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in contracting and rate negotiation with UAE-based hotels, DMCs, and travel suppliers.
• Solid skills in market research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking within the travel and tourism industry.
• Proficiency in using travel tech platforms, CRS/Channel Managers, and MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Previous experience in B2B travel, OTA, or DMC environments, preferably focused on the UAE market.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Nasr City- Cairo and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
