Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Senior Contracts Engineer to manage all aspects of contract development, negotiation, and administration. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure contracts are aligned with company objectives and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement contract acquisition strategies
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contract documents
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and timelines
- Manage contract-related disputes and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Support contract finalization and execution
- Supervise contract administration activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Law, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in contract negotiation and administration
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English and Arabic
