- Senior Contracts Manager
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to oversee contract administration and commercial management for major engineering projects within a consultancy/PMC environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC and other standard forms.
- Handle contractual claims, variations, change management, negotiations, and dispute avoidance.
- Identify and manage contractual and commercial risks.
- Review contractual documents and provide technical/commercial recommendations.
- Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Lead contract-related activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools for contract review, risk identification, document analysis, and process automation.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 12–15+ years of relevant contract management experience.
- Strong experience within engineering consultancy/PMC firms and major projects.
- Experience in the field of engineering consulting is a must.
- Previous experience in engineering consulting.
- Extensive hands-on FIDIC experience.
- Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI-enabled contract management tools is preferred.
