Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives.u00A0Budgets Provide input for preparation of the Unit / Divisional budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver objectives.u00A0u00A0Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.u00A0Develop and manage the LNG shipping budget as part ofu00A0 budget in line with the Project requirements and obligations under LNG SPAs.u00A0u00A0Monitor expenditure against approved budget on a regular basis investigate, highlight and reconcile any significant variances to ensure effective performance and cost control.u00A0

Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Unit / Division in line with the Company Performance framework. Contribute to the development of the Projectu2019s KPIu2019s and ensure proper cascade of the Performance objectives among the project team and establish monitoring mechanisms to ensure delivery of these objectives and promote a performance driven culture. Manage the implementation of the ADNOC Ruwais LNG Project (ADNOC RLNG) Performance Management System for individuals within the project team in accordance with ADNOC Ruwais LNG Project (ADNOC RLNG) approved guidelines.u00A0

Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes. Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.u00A0
