Job Description

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Senior Copilot Studio Consultant to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered conversational solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development and deployment of Copilot Studio solutions, including copilots, skills, prompts and system architectures
  • Build and maintain integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Functions), Microsoft Graph and third‑party APIs
  • Create conversational designs, prompt engineering, persona definitions and recovery flows to ensure robust user experiences
  • Develop custom skills/actions, orchestrations and connector logic; implement secure authentication and authorization patterns (OAuth2, Azure AD)
  • Prototype, test and iterate on multimodal and contextual assistants; tune system prompts and evaluation metrics for accuracy and safety
  • Collaborate with clients, product owners and cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and delivery roadmaps
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring and code reviews; drive best practices for deployment, CI/CD, observability and cost optimization
  • Perform performance, security and compliance assessments; produce documentation, runbooks and handover materials
  • Troubleshoot production issues, respond to incidents and provide post‑deployment support and enhancements

Requirements

  • 5+ years in software engineering with significant recent hands‑on experience in conversational AI; recent, hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent; relevant certifications (Azure, Microsoft 365) preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services), Azure Functions, Logic Apps and related Azure platform services
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph API, Teams app development and Bot Framework or equivalent conversational frameworks
  • Expertise in prompt engineering, context management, dialogue strategies and evaluation methodologies
  • Solid development skills in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript or C#; experience with REST APIs, OAuth2/Azure AD and microservices architecture
  • Experience with CI/CD and IaC (ARM, Bicep or Terraform), logging/monitoring (Application Insights) and automated testing
  • Strong client‑facing skills; ability to capture requirements, present designs and lead workshops
  • Proven track record of delivering production‑grade AI assistants and integrations in enterprise environment
