Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing for banking modules.

Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools, ensuring timely resolution.
Review and analyze business and technical requirements for testability and risk assessment.
Automate repetitive test cases using available automation tools and frameworks.
Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and suggest preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal QA policies in banking software.
Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on best practices and testing methodologies.
Coordinate with multiple teams for system integration testing, ensuring smooth deployment.
Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and QA-related project meetings.
Validate data migration and system upgrade processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Monitor performance and security testing results and provide actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest QA trends, tools, and core banking technologies.
Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive QA documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish quality metrics and ensure continuous improvement.
Assist in preparing QA reports and dashboards for management review.
