This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Corporate and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) professional based in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include developing and managing corporate travel and MICE programs, building strong relationships with clients, preparing detailed proposals, and coordinating event logistics. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the highest levels of customer service to meet client needs effectively.

• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial processes
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proven customer service expertise to deliver client satisfaction
• Experience in employee training and development processes
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to manage projects efficiently
• Familiarity with the tourism and MICE industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields
