Senior Corporate Associate

An international law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate (6+ years PQE) to join its established and growing Oman practice. This role is open exclusively to Omani nationals.

This is an opportunity to join a respected global platform advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, joint ventures, restructurings, regulatory advisory, and complex commercial agreements. The work is varied and often cross-border in nature, involving multinational corporates, regional groups, government-related entities, and international investors.

The successful candidate will bring a well-rounded corporate background, strong technical capability, and the confidence to manage transactions with increasing autonomy. You will work closely with experienced Partners and play a key role in driving matters forward, supervising junior lawyers, and maintaining direct client relationships.
