Key Responsibilities:
Social Media and Content
• Manage social media accounts across the company and its subsidiaries, including planning, publishing, community management, and monthly reporting.
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with corporate priorities, exhibitions, and product campaigns.
• Write accurate and engaging Arabic and English copy for social media, websites, and internal communications.
• Produce marketing visuals using Adobe Illustrator, including social media posts and simple marketing collateral, and coordinate with external designers for more complex production work.
Marketing Operations and Vendor Management
• Follow up with suppliers, printers, and agencies on deliverables, timelines, and quality.
• Submit purchase and payment requests accurately through the ERP system and track them through completion, ensuring no supplier payment delays originate from the department.
• Maintain organized records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and payment status.
Exhibition Management
• Manage exhibition participation end to end, including planning, preparation, booth coordination, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to secure product samples and ensure they are delivered to exhibitions on time.
• Coordinate all exhibition logistics, including stand setup, marketing collateral, and catering arrangements.
• Act as the single point of ownership for all exhibition-related activities before, during, and after the event.
Management Meetings and Presentations
• Prepare presentations for management meetings, ensuring full alignment with company branding.
• Redesign existing presentations into professional and on-brand layouts.
• Understand and apply the branding guidelines of different business entities within the group, using sound judgment to ensure the correct brand identity is applied to each communication.
Brand and Research
• Apply the appropriate brand guidelines consistently across all marketing and communication materials.
• Support the production of marketing collateral, including company profiles, datasheets, presentations, and print materials.
• Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support marketing and business objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on marketing and communications (MarCom) experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with public listed companies, experience in an IPO or Tadawul-listed environment is preferred.
• Proven corporate social media management experience with measurable results.
• Working knowledge of ERP or procurement systems and payment request workflows.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (portfolio evidence required); Canva and Photoshop are a plus.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build and redesign professional, branded presentations.
• Experience supporting exhibitions or corporate events, including supplier and logistics coordination.
• Ability to work across multiple brand identities.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
