Senior Corporate Counsel - M&A

Senior Legal Corporate Counsel Retail sector - 8-10 pqe DUBAI UK, Australia, New Zealand qualified

Our client is a prestigious group of successful businesses in the Middle East.

They seek a Corporate M&A Senior Counsel, ideally with experience in the retail and manufacturing sectors (but not essential).

Reporting to the Vice President you will work with the CLO and wider legal team and stakeholders to advise the business on contractual transactional negotiations. You will be comfortable in negotiating with non-Arabic third parties, lawyers , principals and suppliers.

You will have 8-10 years diverse experience of complex corporate M&A matters gained from international firms or respected regional businesses with substantial multinational work across multiple sectors. You will be UK, Australia or New Zealand qualified.

The role involves providing subject matter expertise, including analysis of relevant laws and regulations and ensure the C suite is fully aware of the risks, mitigations and key legal issues relating to all contracts.
