Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360° recruitment process, from business development through to successful placement.
• Develop and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
• Build your specialist network across Corporate Services and Professional Services.
• Source, engage and assess high-quality candidates.
• Manage multiple recruitment assignments while delivering exceptional service.
• Provide clients and candidates with valuable market insights and recruitment expertise.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your desk.
• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process through to successful placement.

About You

We're looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially driven and ready to make an impact.

You will ideally have:

• 4–8+ years recruitment experience
• Strong experience within a 360° agency recruitment environment
• A proven track record in business development and account management
• An entrepreneurial and commercially driven mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong knowledge of the UAE/GCC market is advantageous
• The ambition, resilience and drive to build something successful
