Job Description
Penspen www.penspen.com are looking for Senior Cost / Budget Controller. The role is accountable for the management of the contracts team deployed on various projects. Contract execution support is given to Project Management team who acts on behalf of the client (Khafji Joint Operations, KJO) and delivers the program of projects.
The role will also be involved in review of early-stage deliverables (FEL1 and FEL2), as far as procurement and contracting strategy is concerned, produced by KJO front end development department. The position is based in Khafji, Saudi Arabia.
Knowledge / Experience (Skills)
Alternative (I): Ten (10) Years
Alternative (II): Fourteen (14) years
A minimum of Six (6) years Project cost engineering experience for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects. Capable of evaluating and consulting on project cost accounting.
Education
Alternative I: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Administration/Business or Equivalent closely related field.
Alternative II: Diploma or Equivalent with a Certificate from a recognized agency in project cost related expertise.
