Job Responsibilities :

• Monitor project cost performance against budget and identify cost variances.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, cost status updates, and management presentations.
• Review material requisitions, material consumption, and waste reports.
• Review subcontractors quotations, rates, invoices, and payment records.
• Assess the cost impact of variation orders and support cost analysis.
• Maintain accurate cost records and reporting through ERP systems such as Odoo.

Qualifications

• Strong cost control and cost management skills, with experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Proficiency in project control and cost reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with project management tools and ERP or cost control software.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Previous experience in a senior or lead cost control role, ideally within large-scale or complex projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
