Job Title: Cost Control Senior Engineer

Job Location: Head Office ( New Cairo)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed cost estimates and project budgets in alignment with project scope and financial goals.
- Monitor and track actual expenditures against approved budgets; identify and address variances.
- Prepare cost reports and support project financial forecasting and planning.
- Review and validate contractor/vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts.
- Evaluate change orders and variations; update budget forecasts accordingly.
- Implement cost control measures in coordination with project planning and schedule management.
- Perform quantity surveying (preferably in civil and electro-mechanical works).
- Review cost-related documentation and maintain organized records for audits and reporting.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure integrated and efficient cost management practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering.
- 46 years of experience in cost control or related functions within engineering or infrastructure sectors
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel and Power BI
- Experience with CAD
