We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Control Manager to lead cost governance and performance management across multiple EPC projects within the Oil & Gas and Power sector

s.The role will act as the corporate cost authority, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and financial control across the project portfolio. The successful candidate will provide strategic cost oversight, drive best practices, and lead a team of Cost Control Managers and Cost Engineers to ensure consistency, transparency, and control throughout the project lifecycl

  • ors.Strong experience in multi-project or portfolio-level cost managem
  • ent.Solid understanding of EPC contracts, commercial processes, and project execution environme
  • nts.International project experience is prefer
  • red.Professional certifications such as PMP, AACE CCP, or equivalent are advantage
