Senior Cost Engineer

Hill International is expanding our team for an exciting Large-scale Mixed Use Development project and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of Senior Cost Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Cost Control & Budget Monitoring
• Forecasting & Cost Reporting
• Variation Cost Evaluation
• Cash Flow Monitoring
• Strong coordination with Commercial team, Contracts team and Planning team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Construction Management
• Specialization or proven experience in Cost Control / Quantity Surveying
• Strong hands-on cost management experience may substitute for formal specialization
• PMP – Advantage
• Cost Control / Estimation Courses – Preferred
• Primavera P6 – Preferred
• Experience in infrastructure projects is highly preferred (roads, utilities, networks, earthworks)
• Experience in multi-package environments is a strong advantage
