Senior Cost Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join a leading consultancy operating across the EMEA region. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, providing expert cost management and consultancy services to ensure successful project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage cost plans, budgets, and forecasts for complex projects.
- Oversee cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead value engineering initiatives to optimize budgets and deliver savings.
- Manage change control and assess financial impact of variations.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to align financial goals.
- Support tendering and bid evaluations, ensuring competitive pricing.
- Deliver final account settlements and close-out reports.
What We're Looking For
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent).
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years experience in cost management for construction and infrastructure projects.
- Strong background in consultancy services.
- Excellent knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost management tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
