Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the country strategy for growth and market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, PSPs, FinTechs, and remittance companies.

• 7+ years experience in Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services.
• Proven leadership and business development track record.
• Strong network in the financial services ecosystem.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
