Takween Aldar and Takween Advisory are building next-generation brands at the intersection of Dubai real estate, investment, and business advisory. Our focus is premium positioning, trust, and long-term brand equity.

We are seeking a Senior Creative Lead (Design & Motion) to define, elevate, and protect the visual identity of both brands across all platforms. This is a leadership role for a creative professional who thinks strategically, executes at a high level, and understands the visual language of luxury in Dubai.

The Role

This position goes beyond execution. You will act as the visual gatekeeper and creative authority, shaping how our brands are perceived by investors, buyers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the visual evolution and creative direction of Takween Aldar and Takween Advisory

Conceptualize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, video)

Produce cinematic video content including property showcases, brand videos, and high-end social media content

Maintain and elevate brand guidelines across all touchpoints

Translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives

Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and sales teams

Improve creative workflows and systems without compromising quality

Leverage modern AI creative tools to enhance ideation and production

Who You Are

A senior creative with a strong understanding of the Dubai luxury aesthetic

A visual storyteller, not just a designer or editor

Comfortable leading creatively while remaining hands-on

Proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

Someone who brings original ideas and raises the creative standard

Requirements

5+ years of senior-level experience in graphic design, motion, or creative roles

Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and video/motion work (required)

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects

Working knowledge of AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar

Experience with real estate, luxury, corporate, or investment-focused brands is a strong advantage

Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Must be based in Dubai and available for full-time, in-office work
