The client is seeking experienced Senior CRM Developer with more than 5 years of professional experience to support the development, integration, and optimization of enterprise banking systems. Candidates will work closely with business analysts, architects, and project teams to design, develop, and implement scalable technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and banking standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop solutions within CRM platforms to support customer lifecycle management.
Customize CRM modules for sales, customer service, and marketing automation.
Develop integrations between CRM systems and core banking platforms, data warehouses, and digital channels.
Build customer analytics, workflows, and automated processes within CRM systems.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and system performance.
Required Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of CRM development experience.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Salesforce
Oracle CRM
Experience with CRM customization, plugins, and workflows.
Knowledge of API integrations and CRM data models.
Preferred Skills:
Experience implementing CRM solutions in banking or financial services.
Knowledge of customer analytics and reporting tools.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development or enterprise systems.
Experience working within banking or financial services environments.
