Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Dynamics CRM engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectures.
- Ensure best practices in system design, customization, integration, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience leading software engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with MS Dynamics CRM.
- Solid experience with .NET technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Strong understanding of unit testing and code quality best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
