Role Description The Senior Customer Service Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The person in this role will handle complex customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction across multiple communication channels. Daily tasks include responding to calls and messages, providing accurate information on products and services, and escalating cases when necessary while maintaining detailed records. The Senior Advisor will coach and support junior team members, share best practices, and contribute feedback to improve processes and service quality. The role also involves meeting performance targets, adhering to company policies, and representing Raya CX's customer-centric values in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer-focused Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a proven ability to understand customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Telephone Manner and Customer Support skills, demonstrating clear communication, active listening, and professional handling of inquiries and complaints.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, including conflict resolution, problem-solving, and the ability to manage high-volume interactions while maintaining quality.
- Relevant experience in customer service or contact center environments, preferably in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Qesm 2nd 6 October, follow structured schedules, and meet performance and quality targets.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, call center software, and standard office applications.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
