Senior Customer Service Executive (Shipping)

Job Summary:

• Up to $4,500
• 2-Year Contract
• Located at Tuas (TransportProvided from CCK, Clementi, Lakeside & Boon Lay)
• Completion Bonus

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-endcustomer orders from receipt and processing through delivery, invoicing andorder-status updates.
• Serve as the key customer contact, handling enquiries, complaints and service issues while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Coordinate with sales, production, warehouse, logistics providers and freight forwarders to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Manage import/exportand shipping documentation, monitor customer service KPIs, and support processimprovements and SOP development.

Skills/Experience Required

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• 4-7 years of customer service experience, preferably within the lubricants, chemicals or FMCG industries.
• Experience in order management, import/export processes and documentation such as letters of credit, shipping and customs documents.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.
