We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage end-to-end processing of general insurance policies. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless policy administration, timely renewals, and compliance with regulatory standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Administration: Manage end-to-end processing of general insurance policies, including quotations, issuance of policies, endorsements, and renewals.
- Renewal Management: Track and follow up on renewals to ensure timely completion and maintain high client retention rates.
- Compliance & Coverage Review: Review policy terms and conditions to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
- Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to confirm renewal instructions, update changes in risk, and process renewals efficiently.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Assist the sales team in promoting non-motor insurance products to clients. Provide technical knowledge to help with close renewals on non-motor insurance products. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling other insurance products based on client needs.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on policy performance and client portfolios. Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
- New Business Handling: Support acquisition and processing of new business policies as required.
This role requires both technical knowledge and interpersonal skills, ensuring clients receive appropriate non-motor insurance products while managing the entire policy lifecycle.
