Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative for a full-time hybrid role based in Qesm 1st Nasser City, with some work-from-home flexibility. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and offering proactive solutions to improve service standards.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and handling client communications
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction, ensuring positive interactions and resolving customer concerns effectively
  • Ability to enhance Customer Service and Customer Experience by identifying and implementing service improvements
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work both on-site in Qesm 1st Nasser City and remotely as needed
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred
