We're Hiring Senior Cybersecurity sales Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Sales Engineer to join CyberDeans and drive the growth of our cybersecurity platforms HookPhish and Valitrix.

This is a full-time hybrid role, combining on-site collaboration with flexible remote work, ideal for professionals who excel in customer-facing technical leadership and revenue growth.

Role Overview

As a Senior Technical Sales Engineer, you will take ownership of key customer relationships and play a critical role in expanding CyberDeans sales ecosystem.

You will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to generate new business, build strategic partnerships, and lead technical sales execution for HookPhish (Phishing Simulation & Awareness) and Valitrix (Breach & Attack Simulation).

Key Responsibilities

- Actively create and convert new leads through direct outreach, partners, and market engagement.

- Maintain strong, long-term communication with customer accounts and key decision-makers.

- Build and manage partnerships with resellers, MSSPs, and technology partners.

- Lead technical discovery sessions, product demos, and proof-of-concepts.

- Support deal strategy, pricing discussions, and technical closure.

- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting.

- Mentor Technical Sales Engineers on account management and sales execution.

- Provide structured customer and partner feedback to product teams.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity pre-sales, technical sales, or consulting.

- Proven ability to manage accounts, generate leads, and grow partnerships.

- Strong understanding of phishing awareness and Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS) solutions.

- Experience engaging enterprise and mid-market customers.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Prior experience in leadership or mentoring roles is a plus.
