Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives
- Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports to present data in a clear and meaningful way
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure high data quality
- Utilize statistical methods and tools to conduct data analysis and interpret results
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a professional and accessible manner
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis software
- Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and modeling techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a non-technical audience
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes is advantageous
