Exciting Opportunity Alert! HTC Global Services is hiring Senior Data Analyst for an 1-year extendable contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite).

Project Overview
We are working on building a Customer 360 platform for an airline client, aimed at creating a unified view of customer data across multiple systems. This platform will support various business use cases including customer insights, personalization, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define requirements for a Customer 360 data platform
- Analyse data flows, data feeds, and integration points across 40+ source systems
- Work closely with technical teams, data engineers, and vendors to validate solutions
- Define and document data models, schemas, and data structures
- Ensure proper data governance, data lineage, and data quality checks are in place
- Support data integration and stitching of customer data from multiple platforms
- Produce clear documentation including process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and work closely with delivery teams
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in data-driven or data migration programs
- Strong understanding of data analysis concepts including:
- Data modelling & schemas
- Data lineage & governance
- Data quality and validation
- Data integration & servicing
- Ability to interpret data feeds, schemas, and integration specifications
- Hands-on experience working with data platforms / data ecosystems, such as: Data Lake / ADLS or Databricks or AWS (Redshift, S3, etc.) or Google BigQuery
- Experience working on data warehouse or Customer 360 implementations
- Strong ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in Airline / Travel domain
- Exposure to CRM, customer communication, or marketing platforms
- Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer or Amadeus
