Marketing Senior Data Analyst for a fully remote position working closely with our Dubai-based team.

As we invest in evolving into a multi-service Super App, this role is critical to protecting and scaling that investment. It ensures every feature launch, promotion, and cross-sell initiative is evaluated against measurable long-term value rather than short-term uplift. By connecting user lifecycle behavior with commercial performance, the position guides where to focus resources, when to accelerate product adoption, and when to hold back to avoid cannibalization or churn. The outcome is a structured, data-led growth path where expansion across products translates into sustainable revenue, stronger retention, and a coherent ecosystem rather than disconnected initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user lifecycle (New Active Loyal Dormant Reactivated) and define optimal engagement strategies
  • Perform gap analysis across funnels to identify lost revenue opportunities
  • Conduct basket & cross-product analysis to support bundling and cross-sell logic
  • Evaluate promotions, incentives, and pricing impact (incremental revenue vs cannibalization)
  • Assess commercial push effectiveness by cohort, source, and product maturity
  • Design and measure A/B tests focused on retention and LTV
  • Build clear datasets, dashboards, and actionable insights for Product, Marketing, and CRM teams

Skills & Competencies

  • Advanced SQL (cohort & behavioral analysis)
  • Python or R (preferred)
  • BI tools (PowerBI / Tableau / Looker)
  • Experimentation & measurement frameworks

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product, Growth, or Commercial Analytics
  • Experience with multi-product platforms / Super Apps (fintech, marketplace, telco, wallets, subscriptions)
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle monetization & performance evaluation
  • Proven ability to translate data into business decisions

Success Metrics

  • Improved LTV and retention, not only conversion
  • Smarter product push timing per lifecycle stage
  • Effective cross-sell without cannibalization
  • Data-driven commercial strategy adopted by stakeholders
