The SCM Systems & Strategy Analyst is responsible for managing supply chain processes, business tools, and operational insights within TechOps Supply Chain. This role improves visibility, communication, and collaboration across the organization to strengthen supply chain resiliency, mitigate business risks, and address commercial challenges.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, sourcing teams, and suppliers, the SCM Systems & Strategy Analyst ensures BFE and SFE contracts are efficiently operationalized by validating pricing, entitlements, and performance requirements, and communicating key contract information to business partners. The role combines administrative execution with strategic analysis, supporting critical operational needs, driving process improvements, and providing recommendations that inform commercial and operational decision-making.
As a key partner within TechOps, this role fosters cross-functional collaboration and helps ensure strategic commercial decisions are aligned with operational priorities, performance goals, and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Master Data Management: Development of Supply Chain Management (SCM) data infrastructure including database design, inventory of data sources, oversight of master data tables, data maintenance, and integration with various internal / external data sources, including API Development.
− Spend taxonomy, vendor-parent mapping, contract metadata, Control Tower management, reporting
- Supplier Performance Analytics: Provide analytics and reporting to drive visibility, management, and performance of project lifecycle, spend, and contracts across all TechOps SCM portfolios.
− Project benefit tracking, stakeholder engagement, and spend treatment
- Take full ownership of unit testing activities for self-created features, focusing on isolating units of code and data results validation to confirm accuracy before integration
- Transforming data to insights – Propose, Analyze & Share. Develops predictive systems and algorithms for identifying trends and driving business solutions. Works collaboratively among other talented analysts and cross functional teams to apply established and create new analytical processes on diverse datasets to deduce insights and solve real-world business problems.
- Utilizes industry-leading standards for working with large datasets to extract meaningful business information using statistics, machine learning, and heuristics. Continually seeks out opportunities to learn new and hone existing technical skills (e. g. writing SQL/code, statistics, machine learning, etc.)
- Prepares data comparisons to establish cost impact of sourcing options by supplier in conjunction with cost of supplier's operational performance

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, MIS, or other related field, MS degree in Industrial engineering or MBA is a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in data analytics preferably in Supply Chain settings, Finance, Planning or related fields
- Experience with reading and interpreting contracts
- The ability to problem solve using critical thinking skills and effectively multi-task and re-prioritize in a fluid and demanding environment
- A demonstrated ability to build relationships and think strategically which includes skills in communication, project management, negotiations, consensus building, presentation, and leading meetings
- A demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage cross-departmental projects and stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
