Summary
The Senior Data Architect is responsible for defining, developing, and institutionalising the bank's Common Information Model (CIM) to ensure enterprise data interoperability.
Main Responsibilities:
The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the bank's data architecture.
- Define and develop the Bank's Common Information Model (CIM).
- Perform Source-to-CIM and CIM-to-Consumer Mapping.
- Standardise integration and microservices on the CIM.
- Document all data architecture artefacts in Abacus and Erwin.
- Ensure regulatory alignment and architecture compliance.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and institutional adoption.
Key Requirements:
- 812 years in Data Architecture or related roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in data modelling.
- Experience with Erwin and Abacus tools.
- Strong proficiency in enterprise architecture.
- Demonstrated experience building CIMs and canonical models.
Nice to Have:
- Background in BIAN BOM, FSDF, EDM, or similar.
- Experience mapping core banking systems.
- Understanding of data platform architectures like ODS and DWH.
