Job Summary
The Senior Data Business Analyst is a senior-level role requiring strong experience in data analysis and business requirements management. The position acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear and actionable data requirements that support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business and data needs into technical data requirements.
- Define, document, and assess Data Use Cases and their business value.
- Act as a facilitator between stakeholders and data engineering teams.
- Analyze gaps between available data and required data for decision-making.
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of data solutions and analytics initiatives.
Required Tools and Technologies
- Business Analysis Tools (Jira, Confluence)
- BPMN
- SQL (Basic level)
- Tableau or Power BI
- Data analysis tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
- A Master's degree is considered an added advantage.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and professional reporting skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and support change management initiatives.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CDMP, Agile, or Scrum are considered an advantage.
- Experience in data analysis and artificial intelligence is a plus.
