We are seeking a Senior Robotics Data Engineer (Humanoid) to design, build, and operate large-scale data pipelines that power humanoid robots and embodied AI systems. This role sits at the intersection of robotics, data engineering, and machine learning, with direct impact on real-world robotic intelligence.
You will own end-to-end robotics data infrastructurefrom data collection and ingestion to quality, versioning, and training readinessacross both real-world and simulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain large-scale robotics data pipelines
- Lead real-world and simulated data collection efforts
- Develop scalable systems for data ingestion, storage, versioning, and retrieval
- Build and manage annotation workflows and data quality pipelines
- Partner closely with robotics and machine learning teams to deliver training-ready datasets
- Define best practices for robotics data engineering and mentor junior engineers
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in robotics, data engineering, or ML data infrastructure
- Experience working with humanoid robots or embodied AI systems
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ROS / ROS2
- Hands-on experience with multi-modal sensor data (e.g., vision, depth, force, IMU)
- Experience designing and operating large-scale data systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with humanoid robotics, manipulation, or whole-body control
- Exposure to reinforcement learning, imitation learning, or robotics foundation models
- Experience with simulation environments and synthetic data generation
- Research experience, publications, or open-source contributions
- Arabic speaker
