Engagements are typically focused on digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance data pipelines and cloud-native solutions.
- Lead integration of diverse data sources while ensuring scalability, stability, and consistency.
- Define and enforce data architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Mentor and oversee junior data engineers, ensuring high code quality and engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with data scientists, BI analysts, and business stakeholders to design data models, APIs, and analytical data structures.
- Implement advanced data management techniques including real-time data processing, streaming, and master data management (MDM).
- Optimize data pipelines for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.
- Ensure adherence to data governance policies, security standards, and privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data engineering or data architecture roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and data orchestration frameworks.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with modern data warehouse and big data technologies.
- Proven experience leading data engineering projects and mentoring teams
