Senior Data Science Manager

We're looking for an experienced Data Science Leader who will play a pivotal role in driving the development and adoption of high-impact data science and machine learning solutions across multiple banking domains. What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of experience within the banking sector, delivering data science, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions in a highly regulated environment.
• At least 2 years of people management experience, leading and developing high-performing Data Science teams while remaining technically hands-on.
• Strong expertise in designing, developing, and deploying data science and machine learning models that drive business value and better decision-making.
• Proven experience applying time-series modelling and advanced statistical techniques to solve complex business challenges using structured and unstructured data.
• Advanced Python and machine learning development skills, with the ability to guide best practice across model development and deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience driving change, influencing senior leaders, and ensuring successful adoption of analytics initiatives.
• Academic background in a relevant STEM discipline (Master's preferred), such as Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
