We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join and lead advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives that drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role involves working closely with business and technical stakeholders to design, build, and deploy predictive models and AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning models
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, model training, validation, and performance evaluation
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business stakeholders)
- Contribute to the development of scalable data science workflows and best practices
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to technical knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science or a related analytical role
- Strong proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and applied modeling workflows
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or distributed processing frameworks
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle Cloud) for data and analytics workloads
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience building AI-powered solutions, analytics platforms, or decision-support systems
- Knowledge of Generative AI, prompt engineering, or applied AI use cases in business environments
