Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end data science projects, encompassing problem definition, data exploration, model development, and solution deployment.
• Contribute to the design and development of scalable data science and AI-driven products and solutions.
• Uphold best practices in coding, ensuring maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code across all data science initiatives.
• Participate in and conduct code reviews to promote a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and technical excellence.
• Mentor and support junior data scientists and analysts, actively contributing to their technical and professional development.
• Play a key role in managing the internship program, including supervising and developing interns to maximize their learning experience.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their business needs and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions tailored to their challenges.
• Continuously stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Qualification

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data science roles.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; strong coding and querying skills.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and statistical methods.
• Strong grasp of data visualization concepts and techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable code and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in mentoring others.
• Experience with data pipelining, wrangling, and common data engineering stacks.
• Strong data modeling skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs.
