We have partnered with a high-growth Fintech company in Dubai to recruit a Senior Data Scientist. This role will focus on developing AI/ML models that directly impact customer analytics, fraud prevention, and product innovation.
About the role
- Build, test, and deploy predictive and machine learning models for fintech use cases.
- Work with large-scale transactional and customer datasets to deliver actionable insights.
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing to optimise products and user journeys.
- Partner with engineering teams to scale models into production and monitor performance.
About you
- Masters in Data Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics.
- 6+ years of data science experience, with strong focus on AI/ML model development.
- Excellent knowledge of Python, SQL, and data visualisation tools.
- Experience with financial services datasets (fraud detection, credit scoring, or risk modelling).
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business impact for non-technical stakeholders.
