About the Role
We're representing a regulated multi-asset brokerage firm based in Abu Dhabi, offering trading across FX, CFDs, commodities, and digital assets. The firm is expanding its dealing operations and is looking for a Senior Dealer to oversee trade execution, risk exposure, and liquidity management across asset classes. This role requires an experienced market professional with a strong understanding of global markets, order execution, and risk frameworks in a fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor trades across FX, CFDs, commodities, and crypto products with precision and adherence to internal risk limits.
- Manage real-time exposure, hedging strategies, and P&L reconciliation to ensure optimal book performance.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with liquidity providers and counterparties to secure best execution and pricing.
- Monitor market movements and economic data to support decision-making and identify trading opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the risk management and technology teams to improve execution systems and trading efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal dealing procedures.
- Provide market insights and trade recommendations to internal teams and management.
- Support the development and training of junior dealers and execution staff when required.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 57 years of experience in dealing, trading, or risk management roles within regulated brokerage or trading environments.
- Strong knowledge of FX, CFDs, commodities, and crypto markets, including execution flows and liquidity structures.
- Proven experience with trading platforms such as MT4/MT5, cTrader, or similar systems.
- Sound understanding of hedging, exposure management, and margin requirements.
- Ability to perform under pressure, make fast and accurate decisions, and manage high-volume execution.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; relevant trading certifications are an advantage.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
