About the Role
- To assist and facilitate the formulating, and report e& long-term HR, Administration and Contracts Strategy to achieve corporate and e& Group business objectives, Smart Spending and talent strategies.
- Support in designing Strategic KPIs for the HR, Administration and Contracts.
- Ensure the effective use of data in follow up activities, progress tracking, and strategic decision making.
Responsibilities
Strategy Formulation:
- Prepare the strategic framework & planning process necessary for setting and formulate the long-term strategies & ensure sync with corporate strategy and e& Group direction.
- Ensure people, vendors, and customers aspects fulfilment in all HR, Administration and Contracts initiatives.
- Ensure Integration of the Strategy formulation and operation plans with the HR and Administration.
Insights & Analysis:
- Periodical review of the Strategy & KPIs while providing necessary recommendations for improvement and alignment with strategic goals.
- Support in Analyzing trends, patterns, and business drivers to generate actionable insights.
- Analyze gaps and opportunities and recommend corrective actions to enhance strategic delivery.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Ensure data governance, accuracy and consistency, across reporting platforms.
- Leverage data to support follow up processes, monitor progress, and ensure accountability across functions.
- Prepare structured, data driven reports for senior leadership, including the CHR&AO.
- Develop and maintain reporting mechanism using departmental dashboards to support strategic visibility and timely decision making
Presentation & Communication:
- Continuously improve data visualization standards and reporting processes.
- Present insights and recommendations to the People Strategy & Analytics Manager in a clear and compelling manner.
- Prepare executive level presentations for the CHR&AO, summarizing progress, risks, and strategic priorities.
