Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Decisioning Architect to support and enhance the Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) for a leading UAE bank. The role will focus on maintaining a stable and reliable production service, supporting decisioning strategy changes and releases, improving customer relevance and engagement, and driving continuous improvement across the decisioning platform.

Job Role: Senior Decisioning Architect – Banking Domain

Contract: Yearly Renewable

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support the live Pega CDH production portfolio.
• Manage Decision Strategies, Next-Best-Action, and decisioning configurations.
• Support releases and ensure production quality and stability.
• Monitor operational health and troubleshoot production issues.
• Implement decision-strategy changes and minor enhancements.
• Improve customer selection, relevance, and decisioning outcomes.
• Perform impact analysis and ensure controlled implementation of changes.
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement activities.
• Work closely with business, engineering, QA, and production support teams.

Key Skills:

• 10+Years Strong hands-on experience in Pega CDH / Decisioning.
• Good knowledge of Next-Best-Action and Decision Strategies.
• Experience in production support, releases, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of decisioning performance and customer relevance.
• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
