Senior Demand Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the demand forecasting process using statistical models and business inputs
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align demand plans
• Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, and service levels
• Identify risks and opportunities in demand variability and recommend mitigation strategies
• Support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes and executive reporting
• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Mentor junior planners and guide best practices in demand planning
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and automation in forecasting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering.
• 3-4 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain analytics
• Strong knowledge of forecasting techniques (time series, regression, machine learning basics)
• Hands-on experience with ERP/APS systems (e.g., SAP APO, SAP IBP)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Experience with SQL or Python is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
