Senior Derma Product Manager

As our Senior Derma Product Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing our dermatology product portfolio. You'll work closely with suppliers, purchasing, sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure products are sourced strategically, positioned effectively, and performing strongly in the market.

This role is perfect for someone with a pharmacy background or pharmaceutical industry experience, especially within dermatology or skincare, who understands how products move from supplier to pharmacy shelf to customer demand.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage and grow the dermatology and dermocosmetic product portfolio

Identify new dermatology brands and product opportunities based on market demand and pharmacy trends

Work with suppliers and manufacturers to source dermatology products and negotiate commercial terms

Manage the full product lifecycle from sourcing and purchasing to launch and performance monitoring

Coordinate product launches with marketing, sales, regulatory, and supply chain teams

Develop pricing strategies and commercial plans to support product growth

Analyze sales performance, market data, and competitor activity within the dermatology and pharmacy space

Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product education initiatives

Provide product knowledge and training to internal teams when needed

Work closely with purchasing and supply chain teams to support forecasting and stock availability

Maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical suppliers and dermatology brands

Monitor dermatology trends, ingredients, and innovations in the pharmaceutical and dermocosmetic markets

What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related healthcare or life sciences field

6+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, dermocosmetic, or skincare industry

Experience working in pharmaceutical companies, dermocosmetic brands, or pharmacy retail

Previous experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative, especially in dermatology or skincare, is a strong advantage

Background or exposure to purchasing, supplier management, and product sourcing

Strong understanding of pharmacy sales dynamics and dermatology product positioning

Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to manage multiple products and projects in a fast-paced environment
