We are seeking an experienced S. Architectural Design Engineer to contribute to the delivery of high-quality architectural design solutions for both interior and exterior works. The role focuses on design development, technical accuracy, coordination, and constructability across residential projects.
Design & Concept Development
- Develop architectural concepts and translate ideas into clear, creative, and buildable design proposals.
- Prepare and present design materials including mood boards, concept diagrams, sketches, and 3D visualizations.
- Produce design development drawings and detailed architectural packages for interior and exterior works.
- Conduct site analysis, zoning studies, and space planning to support informed design decisions.
- Review and select materials, finishes, and architectural details aligned with the project vision and quality standards.
Codes & Technical Standards
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Apply sound knowledge of construction methods and architectural detailing throughout the design process.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration and technical consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- 57 years of proven experience in architectural design (preferably residential or mixed-use projects).
- Strong proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- SketchUp
- Lumion
- Adobe Photoshop
- Strong design visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of materials, construction methods, and local codes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to relocate to New Damietta.
