Job Summary
One of our clients are seeking Senior Design Architect who is responsible for leading architectural projects from concept development through detailed design and construction documentation. The role ensures that all designs meet client requirements, applicable regulations, quality standards, budgets, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of architectural concepts, designs, and presentations.
- Manage projects through concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation stages.
- Prepare and review drawings, specifications, material selections, and design packages.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, local authority requirements, and international design standards.
- Conduct design reviews and resolve architectural and technical issues.
- Guide and mentor architects, designers, and BIM teams.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and design modifications.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design workshops.
- Support tender preparation and contractor evaluation.
- Monitor project schedules, design deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction work complies with the approved design.
- Maintain design quality and consistency across all project stages.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional architectural registration or certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of architectural design experience.
- Proven experience leading large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed-use, or real estate development projects.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, materials, and sustainability principles.
